Infill Patters

My recommendation for Infill Patterns is Adaptive Cubic. I find it to be reliably fast, good at saving filament, and strong enough. I also previously liked to use Gyroid, which can be quite slow but has no crossovers at all. I like to use Gyroid when I want a print to be heavier. - it can get reliably close to 100% infill without internal warping.

Depending on how strong I need my prints, I will change from 5 to 15% infill.

I almost always use allow infill combination and change the sparse infill speed to 270.

2 wall loops, 5 shell layers and 3 bottom layers.

Grid is the default pattern and is generally the fastest. However, many users find that it can create problems because the nozzle will cross over lines it printed in the same layer, and it can also make an awful noise in my opinion.

A nest of technical knowledge.
