Plate and adhesion

99.9% of printing quality issues are due to adhesion. Oils from fingerprints can cause failed prints. After each print, I wipe the bed with a few sprays of isopropyl alcohol and a fine microfibre cloth.

When residue starts to show from previous prints, wash the plate with washing‑up liquid and scrub with a green sponge scourer. Bambu's plate washing guide here: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/textured-PEI-plate-not-working-as-expected

Two quick sprays of 3DLac ~10cm away from the bed can also massively increase adhesion.

SuperTack Cool Plate

I've not yet had any luck with the SuperTack plate and notable adhesion — most prints naturally detach mid‑print, so I wouldn't bother.

The plate must be cleaned with washing‑up liquid, NOT isopropyl, as this damages the coating on the plate.

I believe you can use 3DLac on this plate.

TIP

Increasing the heated bed temperature enhances adhesion. Adjust the temperature of the heated bed based on your specific requirements to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.

A nest of technical knowledge.
